Whether you're protecting a single retail unit or rolling out CCTV across multiple sites, we design, install and monitor business security systems that actually work — and stand up to scrutiny when you need the footage.
Our installation and service engineers operate from our Aylesbury headquarters, with full coverage of all three counties — rapid response for emergency callouts.
…plus every other town and village across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Outside the patch? We still cover most of the South-East — drop us a postcode and we'll let you know.
Designed, installed, maintained and monitored by one local team — so when something needs fixing there's no finger-pointing between suppliers.
HD & 4K IP cameras with AI analytics — number-plate recognition, intrusion zones, and people-counting. Cloud or on-prem storage, viewable from any device.
Wired or wireless graded systems with optional 24/7 ARC monitoring and police response. Smart-app control with history logs and granular user permissions.
Keep track of who's in the building, when, and where they can go. Fobs, cards, mobile-credential, biometric — integrate with your HR and visitor systems.
Number-plate recognition cameras for car parks, depots and yards. Track fleet movements, manage barriers automatically, deter unauthorised access.
NSI-approved Alarm Receiving Centre watches your site round the clock — verifies alerts, dispatches keyholders or police, sends footage to your phone.
Preventative servicing on whatever you've already got — even if it wasn't us who installed it. Annual service contracts with SLA-backed callouts.

No pushy quotes, no surprise costs. Just a clear, sensible process that respects your time.
A qualified surveyor visits your site within 48 hours. Walks the building, identifies weak points, asks how you actually work.
Detailed system design with camera placement, fixed quote, and an honest "we don't think you need this bit" if applicable.
Local installation team — uniformed, DBS-checked, polite. Cabling routed neatly, no surprises, full clean-up.
System commissioned, your team trained, app set up. 24/7 monitoring optional. SLA-backed servicing from then on.
"We had a break-in attempt at our St Albans warehouse on a Sunday. Citytalk's monitoring centre had us on the phone within two minutes, footage already pulled. Police caught them on a neighbouring street. Worth every penny."
"They took over our existing system, fixed three faults the previous installer had given up on, and rolled out 4K cameras across all four sites without disrupting trading. Local engineers, easy to get hold of."
For a small site (4–6 cameras, single building) you're typically looking at £1,800–£3,500 installed, plus an optional service contract. Larger sites or AI analytics push higher. We give a fixed quote after the survey — no "from £…" pricing on this site because everyone's premises are different and we'd rather be honest.
Most commercial insurers want a Grade 2 alarm minimum, with NSI or SSAIB-installed kit and an Alarm Receiving Centre. Higher-risk premises (cash-handling, jewellers, pharmacies) often need Grade 3. We design to your insurer's spec and provide the certificates.
Yes — and it's not optional. We provide compliant signage, set retention periods correctly (default 30 days), help you write a CCTV data-protection policy, and configure access logging so you can demonstrate who viewed what. The ICO takes this seriously now.
Most of the time, yes. We'll inspect what you've already got, fix what's fixable, and tell you what realistically needs replacing. We service systems originally installed by Chubb, ADT, Banham and most other major UK installers.
Our service contracts include a 4-hour emergency response SLA and next-business-day for non-critical issues. Because all our engineers are based in Aylesbury and operate across Herts/Beds/Bucks, we usually arrive within 60 minutes of dispatch.
Yes — every system we install includes a mobile app with live feeds, playback, motion alerts and multi-site dashboards. Permissions are role-based so the manager sees more than the duty supervisor.
No. Plenty of customers run their systems unmonitored or use their own staff. We'd just point out that NSI-approved monitoring is what unlocks police response in many force areas — without it, the police won't routinely attend an alarm activation.
Free site survey. Fixed quote. Local engineers across Herts, Beds & Bucks.
